Drive organizational structure optimization. Manage compensation and performance, implement KPI/OKR performance systems. Oversee employee relations and corporate culture, manage labor relations and employee discipline. Lead corporate culture development. Drive talent development and leadership training. Manage HR operations and data.
More than 5 years of professional HR experience, familiar with the six major HR modules. Strong leadership, cross-departmental collaboration, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills. Experience in leading express delivery/logistics enterprises (e.g., J&T Express in other countries, SF Express, Shopee, Cainiao, or etc).
