
As an HR : Responsible for hiring, both active or passive candidate. Arrange interview, and to ensure the recruitment process are in line with company standard. Manage recruitment process in accordance with company standard Continuously look for potential candidate Provide various HR reports (Attendance, Medical, Overtime, etc) Involved and handle Employee activities As part of GA : Manage various GA task such as accomodation arrangement, office supplies, etc. Monitor office condition in order to keep maintained Daily check invoice from vendor related to GA, preparing document needed to be submit to Finance. Manage good relationship with external parties (Building management, vendor, etc) Manage administrations related with operational car & driver Arrange and prepare for stock count arrangement Other various GA report/task
