
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Conduct sales presentations, product overview, and negotiations to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas for growth. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Must have at least diploma degree from any education background Candidate with engineering background will have its own advantages (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacture, Mechatronics, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction) Ability to speak and write both in Bahasa Indonesia and English Candidate having sales experience will have its own advantages Ability to work with Microsoft Office (primarily word, excel and power point) Willing to travel all across Indonesia Have a good analytical skill Able to work by him/herself or within a team Fast and creative thinking ability Process oriented Able to work under multiple target framework Having own vehicle is an advantage Discipline and high motivated to learn new things
