
Respond to IT service requests and provide user support Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues Deploy and configure PCs, including Windows OS and required software installation Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment procurement, repair and maintenance Assist in troubleshooting and supporting peripheral devices such as converters, switches, printers, POS systems, and related equipment Update and maintain IT Service Request (ITSR) cases with proper documentation and closure
Secondary, NITEC or Diploma qualification 1-3 years of IT experience Microsoft Office Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills
