Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar retail management role Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders Proficient in analysing sales data and using it to drive targeted sales strategies Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with retail merchandising and inventory management principles
