Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across the Sumatera area through effective distributor management, customer engagement, and market development initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and other business stakeholders to support long-term business growth Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and support strategic sales and marketing initiatives within the industrial lubricant segment Collaborate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to support customer needs and overall sales execution Monitor sales performance, distributor activities, and customer pipelines, while preparing regular business updates and reports for management
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial lubricant sales or related industry Strong experience in distributor and key account management Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive sales growth Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
