Bachelor degree of Human Resource Management / Psychology / Law Minimum 3 years experience as HRGA Leader in FMCG / Retail Company Good knowledge about HR, especially in HR operational, Industrial Relation and updated labor law Experienced in leading and supervising operations in HR (Recruitment, Personnel Administration, General Affairs, Building Maintenance, and Employee Development) Dynamic, adaptable, and have good negotiation and communication skills Strong leadership, problem solving, creative thinking and can work under pressure Have knowledge of ERP, HR System HRIS and Attendance Software Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Well-organized, meet deadline and manage multiple tasks Prioritized for candidates who can join immediately
