Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across departments and business units. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems, SOP implementation, and company policies. Identify operational risks, control gaps, inefficiencies, and potential fraud within business processes. Perform audit fieldwork, including data analysis, document review, stock opname, and interviews with related departments. Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for process improvements. Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented properly. Assist in developing annual audit plans and audit programs based on risk assessment. Ensure company operations comply with internal policies, regulations, and applicable standards. Support investigations related to operational irregularities or suspected violations when required. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Production.
