Develop and implement spare parts sales strategies aligned with company targets. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the sales team. Provide coaching, training, and motivation to team members. Ensure the achievement of sales team KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Develop partnerships with workshops, distributors, spare parts stores, fleet companies, and industrial clients. Handle price negotiations and sales agreements. Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and finance departments regarding stock availability, delivery, and payment processes.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spare parts, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial sales. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and sales strategy abilities. Good understanding of spare parts products and functions. Target-oriented and able to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage. Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for business purposes.
