
Implement strategy and plan for the whole area sales accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target. Manage customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient usage of expense, especially promotion expense (Promotion expense management). Build strong & committed customer relationship to national and local modern trade account as well as local distributors Account Receivable management. Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and Sales Promotion MD on Modern Trade channel plan’s execution. Local distributor terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with Sales Director.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG company, handle General & Modern Trade / MT Local channel. Able to negotiation with outlet and buyer. Good relationship skill with internal and external contacts. Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Experienced handling sales in Surabaya. Willing to work based in Surabaya.
