
Conduct daily customer visits to identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the Jakarta area Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and visits Promote and sell the company’s logistics and retail solutions to prospective and existing customers Convert prospects into active customers through consistent follow-up and relationship management Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports and basic performance summaries Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery and customer satisfaction Participate in sales programs, initiatives, and campaigns as required
Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, especially in logistics or related industries, is an advantage. Comfortable working in a field-based role with high mobility. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, polite, and professional when dealing with clients. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management and ability to meet targets consistently. Owns a personal vehicle and holds a valid driving license (preferred). Proficient in English for basic business communication (advanced level is a plus). Familiar with the Jakarta market and currently domiciled in Jakarta.
