Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bancassurance or sales role within the insurance industry Strong understanding of the insurance and banking sectors, as well as the regulatory environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
