
Identify and target potential customers in export/import transportation services (freight forwarding). Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer portfolio Manage and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable business Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of freight forwarding services Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to superiors
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse data to drive business decisions Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal/external teams Familiarity with freight forwarding processes and industry regulations Willing to travel as needed Placement: Surabaya
