Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work consistently and adhere to assigned schedules. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanour. Willingness to undertake training on company procedures and cleaning protocols. Basic understanding of waste management and environmental sustainability practices.
