• Support the development and implementation of the company’s internal management system. • Handle system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Assist in system testing, deployment, and user training. • Coordinate with vendors or developers for system improvements and upgrades. • Prepare system documentation and user manuals. • Support data management and system access control.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in system support, ERP, OA, HRIS, or related systems. • Familiar with enterprise management systems and basic troubleshooting. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Experience handling customized enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/OA/MES) is a plus. • Chinese speaking is a must
