At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing positions Experience in industrial products, spare parts, machinery, equipment, or lubricants is highly preferred Educational background in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented and confident in developing new accounts Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders from different levels Willing to travel for client visits and business meetings
