Responsible for product knowledge to provide training and assement, presentations, product demonstrations, POC, troubleshooting and consultation expertise to internal employee, partner and end-user. Provide presentation, techinical support and product BOM (bill of material) on marketing events & activities such as conferences, seminars, media social contents, etc. Responsible for showroom's guest and follow up customer indquiries Responsible for products display and display racks. Must visit potential customers or canvassing on daily basis.
