Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications Assist users with technical concerns and system access Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to work independently and in a team Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn Able to communicate effectively in English Experience in IT support is a plus Willing to relocate and work overseas, including countries such as Armenia
