
- Develop and execute National Account Plans for modern trade & key accounts (NKA, LKA, MTI) - Lead negotiations on trading terms, promo allowances, listings, and annual agreements. - Ensure strong execution of promotions, displays, and planograms across all regions. - Collaborate with Sales Regional, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to achieve national targets. - Analyze sell-in & sell-out trends, promo performance, and ROI. - Manage forecasting, stock availability, and prevent out-of-stock issues. - Prepare regular business reviews and strategic recommendations for management.
- Minimum 4 years experience as National Key Account Manager or Head Of Sales for Modern Market channel - 5–8 years of experience in FMCG / Distribution, managing modern trade national accounts (Indomaret, Alfamart, Hypermart, Transmart, AEON, etc.). - Strong understanding of outlet dynamic & trends, competitor activities, outlet, customer & consumers needs. - Great negotiator, commercial, and analytical capabilities. - Proven track record in managing trading terms and driving national promotions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Highly driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Willing to travel as required.
