Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization Coordinate with production, procurement, PPIC, and logistics departments Prepare warehouse reports and stock documentation Lead and manage warehouse staff performance Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager in FMCG or manufacturing industry Experience handling soap, aerosol, or liquid products is preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse systems Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Familiar with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills
