
Develop annual employee training programs and schedules based on job requirements. Manage internal and external training activities in accordance with company procedures, including coordination of trainers, training materials, evaluations, and administration of training and professional certification exams. Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor quality objectives related to employee development. Prepare employee performance assessment reports and related administrative documentation. Support other HR administrative tasks.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / HR Management / Law or any related field with minimum GPA 3.00; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Required skill(s): good communication and interpersonal skills; Computer literate (Ms. Office), especially proficient in Excel and formulas; Knowledge of labor regulations and employee administration would be an advantage; Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat.
