
Handle customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, email) and manage corporate client accounts. Resolve customer feedback, complaints, and conflicts professionally. Manage training administration (course registration, verification, documentation, logistics). Follow up on enrolments and outstanding payments with customers and coordinate with finance. Maintain accurate records for all registrations (hardcopy & e-filing).
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level At least 1 year customer service or contact centre experience preferred. Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and strong in follow-up and organization skills.
