Handle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and manpower fulfillment. Manage employee administration such as employment contracts, attendance, leave records, employee database, and HR documentation. Support payroll preparation by ensuring attendance and employee data are accurate and submitted on time. Maintain and update HR reports, employee records, and HRIS data regularly. Assist in handling employee relations matters and ensure company policies comply with Indonesian labor regulations. Coordinate General Affairs operations including office facilities, accommodation, transportation, office supplies, and company asset management.
