Lead and supervise Sales Consultants in daily field activities and offline sales initiatives. Ensure team targets and KPIs are achieved consistently through effective monitoring and execution. Conduct direct selling, canvassing, and promotional activities to increase patient awareness and clinic visits. Provide coaching, motivation, and performance evaluation to the sales team. Monitor field performance, attendance, productivity, and sales pipeline. Build strong communication and coordination between field teams and management. Handle operational challenges in the field and provide quick problem-solving solutions. Create daily/weekly sales reports and provide insights for improvement. Ensure all sales activities align with company standards, branding, and customer service expectations.
Domiciled in Jabodetabek area, preferably South Jakarta, West Jakarta, or South Tangerang. Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree is a plus). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Promotion, or Marketing roles. Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in managing teams and working with sales targets. Understand offline sales systems such as canvassing and direct selling. Able to provide coaching, direction, and motivation to team members. Willing to work mobile and flexible based on operational needs. Own personal vehicle and active SIM C Professional appearance, confident, disciplined, and result-oriented.
