- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions at a strategic and operational level - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational transformation - Serve as a trusted advisor to management on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations - Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and corporate governance standards - Manage complex industrial relations matters, including dispute resolution and disciplinary processes - Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives - Design and manage competitive compensation & benefits structures, including payroll governance - Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage departmental budgeting effectively - Establish data-driven HR practices, including HR analytics and reporting for executive decision-making
