Security Guard (Satpam)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1.Control access points for employees, visitors, and vehicles. 2.Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or safety hazards. 3.Monitor CCTV and fire alarm systems; report any irregularities immediately. 4.Greet and register visitors, directing them to the appropriate department. 5.Maintain order in the parking area to ensure smooth traffic flow. 6.Write daily security reports documenting incidents and activities. 7.Assist in emergency evacuation procedures (fire, earthquake, etc.).
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
1.Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent； 2.Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Security Guard (experience in factories, hotels, or offices is a plus), understand security procedures and occupational health & safety standards; 3.Certification: Must possess a valid Gada Pratama Security Certification, with active Security Guard Membership Card (KTA Satpam) will be an advantage; 4.Physical: Medically fit, good conduct with no criminal record, good eyesight (able to dif) and without tattoos nor piercings, willing to work night shifts and stand for long periods, 5.Skills: Good communication skills, honest, disciplined, and basic computer literacy (MS Office) for logging data and able to prepare incident reports/security reports, and able to work independently as well as in a team; 6.Language: Ability to speak basic English is an advantage.
