
In charge of recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and new employee onboarding matters. Handling foreign worker related matters (i.e. FOMEMA, permit, etc.). Handling payroll. Ensure proper documentation of all HR related matters, and keep the data updated. Monitor building maintenance and ensure that all facilities are in good working condition, by coordinating with other in charge colleagues. Prepare KPI reports and calculations for management review. MUST possess own transport to travel to different locations as required. Travelling to company hostel, government office and any other places as of job nature. Assist with other administrative and day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
Candidate MUST possess at least a Diploma in related field. Candidate with HR working experience in manufacturing sector will be added advantageous. Posses the personality traits: able to work independently, effective communication skill, self-motivated, determined, willing to explore and learn new stuffs, and good problem solving skills. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate communication with a diverse pool of candidates and employees of multi cultural.
