
Server monitoring including uptime, CPU utilization, etc Reports generation for our systems Bandwidth monitoring of our IPLs and internet connections. Supports installation and maintenance and repair of Workstation/Server hardware and software. Performs cabling administration PC support including hardware setup and configuration Monitoring and management of the Helpdesk System Regular scanning of our file servers for potential virus and non-business related files Primary inventory person for asset management including purchase requisition Identifies and corrects faults and provides resolution of complex problem tickets escalated from the help desk. for networking (voice, data, video, security) based issues. Administration of the backup system.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent. Adequate knowledge in desktop Support including hardware troubleshooting and software installations Familiar with desktop re-imaging using imaging tools such as Norton Ghost Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc. Candidates must be amenable to work in QC and in shifting/rotating schedules.
