
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and closing requirements. Maintain and update accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records in the accounting system. Review invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation. Process invoice entries and ensure matching with purchase orders, asset receipts, and other related records. Prepare journal vouchers for adjustments and other accounting entries in the general ledger. Perform account reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies in accounting records. Research, monitor, and follow up on accounting or documentation issues to ensure timely resolution. Support month-end closing activities and other accounting-related processes. Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and accounting records. Perform other accounting, finance, and administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time
