1. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or related field. 2. Professional Experience and technical skill : 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in : IT assets management Project Management User access Management Administer Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and license management. Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrade, and troubleshooting. Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including physical and virtual servers. Monitor server health, storage utilization, backup status, and infrastructure performance. Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrade, and troubleshooting. Manage Active Directory environment including user account creation, group policy, and access management. Ensure infrastructure availability and system uptime for daily business operations. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, VPN, and MPLS connections. Monitor internet connectivity and network performance across office and stores, coordinate with ISP vendors regarding connectivity issues and escalations, maintain network documentation including IP addressing and network topology diagrams. Support LAN/WAN infrastructure setup for new office/store opening projects, Manage user access permissions and VPN accounts Handle mailbox creation, distribution groups, email troubleshooting, and security settings. Handle IT procurement process including purchase requests, quotation comparison, and purchase order coordination.
