Job Vacancy: Network Engineer Placement Pulomas Office, East Jakarta Manage and support daily network and security operations to ensure stable and reliable services Perform regular incident, service request, problem, and change reviews in accordance with operational schedules Participate in internal service reviews and capacity management reviews to monitor performance and service readiness Prepare and submit monthly operational reports Attend weekly operational meetings and track assigned tasks using planning tools Support and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings when network changes are planned Contribute to Service Improvement Initiatives (SII) as defined per fiscal year Support and participate in network and security-related projects as assigned
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university Experience working in an IT service and operational environment Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations and Network Security Strong knowledge in: Network Management Network Security Management Cloud Security Management Hands-on experience with: Switch & WLAN: Cisco, Aruba (Switch & Access Point) Monitoring Tools: NMS / OP Manager Security Solutions: Fortinet (FortiGate, VPN), Cisco ASA, UTM Internet Management: Link & Bandwidth Management Endpoint Security: Endpoint Management System (EMS) Familiar with incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes Able to support operational reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement activities Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Able to work effectively in a team environment
