Manage and maintain IT infrastructure — ensuring system security, reliability, and availability through backups, disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity measures, and access controls Provide expert hardware support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals — handling diagnostics, repairs, and asset inventory, and managing external vendors where needed Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into technical solutions — managing IT projects end-to-end and overseeing system integrations for seamless operations Develop data strategies, generate reports, and surface insights that support business decision-making Develop and implement IT policies and best practices, conduct staff training, and liaise with the global HQ IT team
