Handle Purchase Orders (POs) for promotional materials and operational requirements in accordance with approved company procedures. Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) for product purchases from distributors based on distribution needs and company policies. Prepare delivery orders for the shipment of goods to support smooth distribution operations. Verify the completeness of supporting documents and submit payment requests through the system in accordance with established procedures. Monitor and follow up on payment processes regularly to ensure timely and accurate payment completion. Manage the distribution of invoices and tax invoices to distributors as part of transaction administration requirements. Handle business travel expense claims for supervisors and area sales teams, including collecting supporting receipts, preparing expense reports, and submitting reimbursement requests through the system. Compile and maintain product sales data systematically for sales performance monitoring and management reporting purposes.
