Identify and develop new business opportunities in East Java region. Conduct market research, customer mapping, and business analysis. Approach and acquire potential customers through cold calling and direct visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Manage and grow existing customer accounts. Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers and customers. Conduct feasibility studies for new business development projects. Prepare business reports and communicate findings in English. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. Experience in trading companies or distribution businesses is highly preferred. Experience in chemical materials or related industries will be an advantage. Strong market analysis and business development skills. Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies is preferred. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience preparing reports and communicating professionally in English. Positive attitude, self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders.
