Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for stainless steel, pipe, and iron/steel products Identify, acquire, and develop new customers (B2B and project-based) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients Take full responsibility for achieving team sales targets (monthly & annual) Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to ensure optimal performance Explore and open new markets within construction, manufacturing, and related industries Conduct market analysis, including competitor activity and steel price trends Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular performance reports to management Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth sales operations Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, contracts, and deal closing
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the steel / stainless steel / pipe industry Proven experience in leading a sales team (Supervisor/Manager level) Strong understanding of distribution and project-based sales in the steel industry Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Target-driven and able to work under pressure Owns a personal vehicle with valid driver’s licenses (SIM A & SIM C) Good knowledge of Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area Ability to develop sales strategies and expand market coverage Willing to work Monday – Saturday Placement: Pluit, North Jakarta
