Tax Compliance Ability to independently handle all Indonesian tax types, general ledger processing, and review of reimbursement documentation. Liaise with local tax agents to prepare and submit required tax documentation. Handle monthly tax calculations, filings, and payments for 2 entities. Manage annual corporate tax returns and final tax settlement. Accounting & Documentation Review employee expense claims and ensure proper supporting documents. Organize and maintain vouchers and invoices. Assist in month-end closing and prepare accounting vouchers. Asset & Inventory Control Conduct regular physical stock counts. Monitor fixed assets and maintain accurate records. Business Finance Support Support sales invoice issuance. Review sales confirmations and verify customer payments. Assist operational finance processes (order-to-cash).
