Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable (AP) Staff or Accounting Staff. Experience in handling General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and financial closing activities. experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred. Experience supporting audit processes and preparing financial schedules. Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions. Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar systems) is an advantage. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English. Mandarin language proficiency will be a strong advantage.
