
Develops a business plan and sales strategy targeting commercial & institution account to ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Creates and conducts proposal presentations. Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. Conducts regular review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive's sales and activity performance. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. University graduate. Minimum 5 years of relevant Field Sales / Corporate Accounts & tender experience in consumer goods industry of which part of the experience are gained from a reputable MNC; Previous experience in leading a team is necessary for the position. Multi-faceted experience in different kinds of institutional sales / channels would be advantageous for consideration; Previous experience in Beverages is an asset but experience from other categories are also welcomed. Experience in handling projects / taskforce is preferred. Good knowledge of general retail market and institutional customers. Good analytical skills.
