Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, BPJS, PPh 21) accurately and on time. Manage compensation & benefits and ensure employee entitlements are paid according to company policy and labor regulations. Administer employee services, including benefits, insurance, medical, travel, and expense claims. Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and pension programs. Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS, including attendance, leave, and overtime records. Handle employee termination and final payment processes. Coordinate periodic Medical Check-Ups (MCU). Monitor working hours and employee attendance discipline. Ensure compliance with labor laws and update management on regulatory changes. Prepare and monitor section budget.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting, Finance, or Economics At least 5 years of experience in payroll and remuneration, ideally at Superintendent / Assistant Manager level Strong knowledge of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration Good understanding of HR processes, including performance and recruitment support Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with SAP or similar HR/payroll systems is an advantage Willing to be based in Jakarta
