Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal structures, role clarity, resource allocation, and organizational scalability aligned with business needs. Drive talent management and development programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, retention, and capability-building initiatives. Oversee all people-related matters by providing guidance on employee relations, change management, culture development, policy implementation, and leadership effectiveness. Continuously assess and improve organizational effectiveness by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within people, processes, and management practices. Lead cross-functional workflow optimization efforts to ensure effective collaboration, accountability, decision-making, and seamless execution across departments. Utilize HR and organizational data analytics to provide actionable insights, monitor workforce performance and productivity, and recommend improvements that support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in related fields with at least proven 7-10 years of progressive HR experiences, including experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of all HR functions with proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to meet business goals; solid understanding of labor laws and regulations; able to work both strategically and operationally Proven expertise in organizational design, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. Strong understanding of workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, and change management. Experience working in fast-growing, dynamic, and rapidly evolving organizations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Proficient in HR-related technologies, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); familiarity with Lark system is a plus.
