Identify and approach new project leads (developers, contractors, consultants, architects). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction projects. Present company products and solutions in a professional and persuasive manner. Prepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations and contracts. Monitor ongoing project execution and provide post-sales support when needed. Report sales performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project sales, construction, building materials, or B2B sales. Familiarity with aluminum systems, windows, doors, façade, or architectural products is a strong advantage. Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Own a motorcycle or vehicle and hold a valid SIM C/A. Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits as required. Willing to be relocated to project areas including Jakarta, Bandung, Bali. Willing to undergo training in Jakarta prior to project placement.
