
Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Business Communication, Marketing Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support function; experience within an international or B2B distribution environment is a plus. Technical Skills: Fluent/highly proficient in Exact ERP or any equivalent ERP system Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) Excellent data entry management skills with a high degree of accuracy Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken are mandatory for this role, given the nature of daily correspondence with overseas partners Candidates will be required to complete an English proficiency assessment during the recruitment process Key Attributes: Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive communicator, comfortable initiating and following up on correspondence with international partners. Strong team player who can work fluidly across departments (Finance, Logistics & Marketing) Understanding of organizational workflows and B2B order management processes Possesses a problem-solving mindset, able to identify issues in order or stock processes and resolve or escalate them promptly.
