
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand their IT solution needs. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports as needed. Support marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, content creation, or promotional strategies to strengthen brand presence. Stay updated on market trends, and industry developments to support sales strategies.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (experience in training or IT industry is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage the end-to-end sales process. Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience or skills in online/digital marketing (social media management, content creation, advertising, or analytics) is a strong advantage.
