Managing and maintaining sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, purchase orders and contracts Processing sales transactions and recording them accurately in company systems and databases Coordinating communication between the sales team, customers and other departments to ensure timely information flow Preparing reports on sales activities, order status and performance metrics for management review Scheduling sales meetings, appointments and follow-ups for the sales team Maintaining customer databases and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Handling customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate sales personnel Supporting the preparation of proposals and presentations for client meetings Filing and organising sales records in both physical and digital formats Assisting with inventory and stock management coordination as required
Bachelor Degree in any major Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within a manufacturing, retail or electronics industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional approach to interactions Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Familiarity with sales management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
