Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of all procurement transactions Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of materials Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with relevant departments to manage stock replenishment Verifying invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before payment authorisation Maintaining supplier databases and documentation in an organised and accessible manner Responding to inquiries from internal departments regarding order status and delivery timelines Support delivery from our warehouse
Holds SIM A Fresh graduates are welcome as long as they are graduated from management major Able to work multitasking Proven experience in a purchasing, procurement or inventory management role, ideally within manufacturing or logistics sectors Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good command of English for daily conversation and email communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with procurement or inventory management systems Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn and develop new skills
