Monitor working area remains safe, clean, and organized in accordance with company standards Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and target achievement Oversee end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes Control operational activities based on established KPI and SLA targets Manage manpower allocation and operational team schedules effectively Develop team performance, discipline, and operational competencies Coordinate with related departments to support smooth operational processes Ensure accuracy in warehouse processes and administrative activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational performance
