Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, CV screening, interview, psychotest administration, offer management, to onboarding. Create and publish job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability. Administer and evaluate psychotest results as part of the selection process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Prepare and manage offer discussions with selected candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey. Monitor recruitment progress and ensure hiring targets are met within deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or in-house). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Available to join immediately. Experience in employer branding or campus hiring. Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools. Experience handling multiple roles simultaneously.
