Import Parts & Overseas Supplier Coordination Monitor import orders alongside Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Coordinate with overseas suppliers on shipping schedules and production updates Verify completeness of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, AWB, etc.) Collaborate with the internal Export-Import Department for smooth customs clearance into Indonesia 2. Production Planning & Scheduling Formulate production plans and schedules based on customer sales forecasts Participate in pre-production audits at supplier and vendor sites Track supplier manufacturing processes to ensure on-time delivery 3. Daily Monitoring & Inventory Management Monitor stock levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Calculate and set safety stock thresholds and inventory parameters Coordinate with Warehouse and Inventory teams to ensure parts availability for local, service, and export requirements Prioritize supplier follow-ups based on real-time customer demand 4. Warehouse & Sourcing Alignment Inspect incoming goods for quantity and condition during inbound reception Manage inventory at external sourcing facilities Direct external warehouse partners on inbound, outbound, and layout adjustments
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major Minimum 2 years of experience as Purchasing Staff; background in manufacturing, production control, or automotive/industrial sectors is a strong advantage Proficient in English (business passive proficiency minimum — required for international supplier and import documentation handling) Immediately available to join (ASAP); candidates currently between roles will be prioritized due to multiple offline interview stages Willing and able to work overtime as required by production schedules Proactive, eager to learn, honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines
