- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Pharmacy). - 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the medical device industry, preferably in endoscopy or laparoscopy. - Strong knowledge of products and marketing fundamentals, including market segmentation. - Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and gastroenterologists. - Familiar with procurement processes in public and private hospitals (e-catalogue and tender). - Able to conduct product presentations and provide procedural support. - Willing to be mobile and travel for out-of-town assignments. - Target-driven, pro-active, and able to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
