WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

As a Warehouse Manager at HGI, you will lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient distribution, and on-time order fulfilment. You will manage and develop the warehouse team, drive operational excellence, and maintain a safe, organized, and scalable warehouse environment to achieve company’s goals.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
· Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. · Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics operations, preferably in Consumer Goods Industries, fabrication or Manufacturing. · Minimum 3 years of experience as leading warehouse teams. · Proven experience managing inventory, distribution, and multi-channel outbound operations. · Familiar with ERP (Odoo / SAP / etc.) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting. · Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, warehouse storage methods, and occupational health & safety (K3) standards. · Willing to be working / placed in Cakung – East Jakarta.
